Jironi Homestay, a short-term rental business based out of Guwahati, Assam.
Established in 2021, we are an Airbnb Super-host.
Focusing primarily on redefining small space living in Guwahati, Assam, with a Minimalist approach to housing.
Our focus at ‘Jironi Homestay’ is Simplicity and Minimalism.We are located in Hatigaon, just next to the capital of the state, Dispur.We have a total of 11 units.Out of them, 5 are INDEPENDENT units where guests will have the entire space to themselves.The remaining 6 of our units make up “Jironi Rooms.”
Each guest will have a PRIVATE bedroom in a house with an ATTACHED bathroom, and there will be a main hall with a dining space and a playing area.

Where are you located ?We are located in Hatigaon, just next to the Bharat Petrol Pump and Lenskart showroom.

Is it couple friendly ?Yes, we are couple-friendly.
There is no issue with that, as long as the house rules are maintained and neither of you is a minor. :)

Do you require government id’s ?Yes, since we are a licensed homestay.
We require the government id’s of all the guests before check-in.

Is viewing of units allowed prior to booking ?Sorry, that won't be possible as we are located in a private residential complex.
Keeping privacy in mind, we only share our exact location once the booking is complete.

How far from the Airport and Railway station ?We are around an hour away from the airport.
A distance of 32 km.We are around 30 minutes away from the railway station.
A distance of 7.8 km.

How far to Maa Kamakhya Temple ?We are situated in Hatigaon, in the centre of the city.
Just close to the Bharat Petrol Pump.
Adjacent to Dispur, the capital.
All the major hubs of the city are within a few kilometers.The Kamakhya Temple is located on the outskirts of the city. From our property, it takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get there.

Do you provide parking ?Yes, we have parking for two-wheelers available just below the property and we have car parking available as well in the lane right in front of our compound, but not inside the compound.It is in a safe and secure spot.
With cctv as well covering our area :)

What is the difference between the studio units and 1 bhk ?A studio unit is a single open space that combines living, sleeping, and dining areas, with a small kitchenette and an attached bathroom.A 1 bhk apartment has a separate bedroom, living area, kitchen, and dining area, providing larger and more distinct spaces.

Note for Guests:If you’re looking to book multiple rooms for an EXTENDED STAY and find that the availability is spread across different rooms, no worries! Just go ahead and book each room separately according to your check-in and check-out dates.All our rooms are located in the same place, and our caretaker will be happy to assist with moving your luggage between rooms. Each area is a cozy 300 square foot private room with a bathroom connected.
Although there are 6 rooms in our 6 BHK, each room—including yours—is rather separate and private from the others.
